Please report any discrepancies or damaged items within 48 hours of receiving your order.

As a promise to helping our salons flourish we allow you to return any items (unused & undamaged - in their original condition) for up to 60 days of receiving your original order if you change your mind*

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, we ask if you could please package them well to protect the contents during transit. All goods will be inspected on return and in the unlikely event an item is not in a suitable condition (which it arrived to you) it may be sent back to you or disposed of.

All returns will be at the responsibility of you 'the customer' (unless an item is damaged on arrival). This means you may seek your own courier company or local post office to return an item or order and occur any charges associated with returning the order to us. A refund or exchange will then be issued on return of the items and our inspection process has been carried out.

Returns Procedure

Any returns made under the distance selling act must be made by a similar signed for method at the customers expense. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return it please start by emailing with your return details and a member of our team we will walk you through what we need you to do to get the process going.

Any returns must be sent 1st class via Royal Mail. The customer must pay for the return postage costs (unless the return value is over £25 in which case Hairdressing Supplies Scotland will incur the charges for collection of the item(s).

Once the parcel has been received, a full postal refund will be given via the original payment method. We aim to process all refunds within 24 hours of receiving the return.

Once notified we will honour any return within the following 2 weeks.

Refund Method

Once a return item has been received by our staff we will refund the customer within 48 hours via the appropriate & original payment method.

Please remember that all deliveries require a signature on receipt. Please provide an alternative delivery address if you won't be around to receive your order.

Restricted Refunds

*Scissor Tech / Matsui Scissors are excluded from our refund / returns policy. As Matsui Scissors are 'made to order' and manufactured/ shipped from Scissor Tech Australia, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange policy on any purchase of Scissor Tech / Matsui scissors, unless covered by manufacturers warranty or has been damaged during transit.

Please be sure to order the correct length of scissors and the correct specification prior to checkout.
